Queens Club, London
The brief was to align the décor of this stunning apartment overlooking Queens Club much more closely to its original features with a contemporary twist to achieve maximum rental yield appealing to a wide audience.
The apartment boasted a wide array of original features including high ceilings, deep coving, sash windows and original French doors providing an extremely light warm south-facing living space.
Extensive building works were undertaken to transform the space from a bachelor crash pad into a welcoming home to be enjoyed by all ages. The bedroom door was re-located to separate the bedroom and living room areas and space was created to install bespoke alcove wardrobes. A new lighting scheme was designed and installed to bring life to dark-ish corners. A fake chimney breast was designed and built to accommodate a fireplace as a welcoming focal point to the main open-plan family room. Unusual outdoor seating was sourced to draw the eye to the magnificent full height French doors and balcony, as an indoor-outdoor space. Distinctive artwork was sourced to complement the apartment’s colour scheme and to bring life, interest and vitality to the apartment.
Short term furnished tenancy agreement signed immediately securing highest rental yield for the area. Potentially 20% capital growth.
